Canada’s Bill C‑223 – “Keeping Children Safe Act”
This proposed law would stop judges from properly addressing parental alienation and emotional abuse of children.
It is dangerous for moms, dads and gender‑diverse parents who are being cut out of their children’s lives.
Most of all, it puts children at greater risk by ignoring how one parent can manipulate a child to reject the other.
