Arvin Sekhon joined Gene C. Colman Family Law Centre in June 2025 as an Articling Student. Prior to joining our firm, Arvin obtained her J.D. from the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law, and her Master’s in Law and Legal Studies from Carleton University.

While in law school, Arvin was an executive member of both the Family Law Society and the Windsor Law Punjabi Association. She also completed a placement with the Windsor-Essex Bilingual Clinic, where she worked closely with a lawyer to help clients navigate ODSP appeals. Arvin has always had a strong interest in family law, which is reflected in her coursework where she completed Advanced Family Law to deepen her understanding of the complexities and nuances within the field. Alongside her studies, Arvin also worked in the Federal Public Service, where she further developed her commitment to helping others through accessible and client-centered support.

Outside of her legal career, Arvin enjoys puzzles, painting, watching movies, and bubble tea.
