Jasdeep Khosa joined Gene C. Colman Family Law Centre in March 2026 as an Articling Student. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Child and Youth Studies before completing her law degree at the University of Leicester.
Her academic background, combined with her studies in child and youth development, gives her a thoughtful understanding of the social and emotional factors that often intersect with legal issues, particularly in family law. This foundation shapes her empathetic and client-focused approach, allowing her to support clients with care, understanding, and practical guidance.
During law school, Jasdeep was an active member of the Canadian Law Society, contributing to initiatives that connected and supported Canadian law students studying abroad. She also continues to volunteer with Seva Kitchen, helping provide warm meals and essential necessities to individuals experiencing homelessness and members of underserved communities. These experiences highlight her long-standing commitment to meaningful community support and engagement.
Jasdeep is passionate about family law and is drawn to the personal nature of this work. She values the opportunity to help clients navigate significant and often challenging life transitions with compassion, dedication, and professionalism.
Outside of her legal career, Jasdeep enjoys spending time with her dog, Mia, cooking, and travelling.
